食品加工技术课程改革浅析

摘    要:通过食品加工技术课程改革,学生的学习能力和学习效率都有了很大的提高。主要从课程内容整合、教学方法、教学模式和考核方式等方面进行了论述,最后提出了课程改革在高等职业教育中的重要性。

Curriculum Reform of Food Technology and Processing
Abstract:The learning ability and efficiency were improved by curriculum reform of food technology and processing.The curriculum content conformity,teaching method,teaching model and assessment method were summarized,and it's indicated that the importance of curriculum reform in the high vocational education.
