摘    要:试验了不同浓度的多效唑(PP333)、比久(B9)、矮壮素(CCC)3种生长抑制剂(延缓剂)对甜菜试管苗生长的影响。结果表明,5mg/L的PP硒能有效地抑制甜菜试管苗的生长,使叶柄极度缩短,叶片缩小增厚,生长速度降低。而且,经PP333处理的甜菜试管苗其恢复生长与对照接近,抑制后效作用弱,可很快用于生产再繁殖。B9和CCC对甜菜试管苗生长的抑制效果均不明显。不宜用于甜菜种质试管常温保存中。

Abstract:The effects of the growth inhibitor PP333, B9 and CCC were examined at different concentrations to reserve Beta Vulgaris test-tubes plantlets. The result showed that 5 mg/L PP333 could effectively suppress the growth Beta vulgaris test-tube plantlets making leafstalks extremely shortened, leaves smaller and thicker, and growth speed decreased. The growth speed of the seedlings recovered by using PP333 was approximately equal to that of the blank control, and the effect of Beta Vulgaris seedlings growth was not strongly inhibited for restoring growth, they were easily used to produce and breed own progeny. Therefore, the PPm was an ideal growth inhibitor to reserve Beta vulgaris of either B9 or CCC on Beta vulgaris test-tube plantlet under the room temperature. The suppression effects test-tubes plantlets were not significant, both B9 and CCC was not suitable for reserving Beta vulgaris test-tubes plantlets under the room temperature.
