纳豆菌培养条件的初步研究

摘    要:以OD600为指标,研究了培养条件对纳豆菌生长的影响。试验结果表明,该菌株最适培养条件为温度37℃,pH值6.0,接种量3%,培养时间9h,装液量1/5,摇床转数180r/min,最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为酵母浸粉。

Abstract:Making OD600 as index,the cultural conditions which are effect on the growth of bacillus natto were studied. The results of experiment demonstrated that the best cultural conditions for growth are 37 ℃,pH 7.0,3% of inoculation amount,9 h of the cultural time,1/5 of medium amount,rotary speed 180 r/min,the optimum carbon source is glucose,and the best nitrogen source is yeast extract powder.
