江苏“三系”杂交粳稻育种现状及改良对策

摘    要:江苏是“三系”杂交粳稻育种研究较早的省份,“九五”以来,取得长足进步,冲破了多年徘徊不前的局面,亲本创新力度加大,稻米品质明显提高。但可供大面积生产推广的强优势组合偏少,产量和品质竞争优势不突出。文章中从育种的技术角度提出了品质改良、高异交结实特性不育系转育、偏粳型特异亲和性恢复系选育及塑造充分体现籽粒优势的F1理想株型等育种思路。

Abstract:The breeding research about "three-line" japonica hybrid rice of jiangsu province has been developed for many years and has been made quite great progress since 2000, especially at the creation of parents and the improving of rice quality. But the defects of new japonica hybrid rice are exhibited not only the number of combinations with good heterosis fit for widely applying into crop production is limited but also their competitive superiority in yield and quality is not outstanding. In this article, we presented some breeding strategies for japonica hybrid rice, such as improving of quality, breeding of japonica cytoplasmic male sterile lines (CMS) with high outcrossing seed-setting rate, breeding of japonica restorer lines with indica-compatibility, establishment of hybrid F1 with ideal plant type and good heterosis in grain, and so on.
