花椰菜F2花球性状杂种优势的预测

摘    要:根据朱军提出的加性-显性遗传模型,分析了7个花椰菜亲本、20个F1组合的花球性状的资料,并预测了各组合F2杂种优势的表现.结果表明,花球性状主要受显性效应控制,具有很强的杂种优势,某些组合甚至具有较强的F2杂种优势.

Abstract:Seven parents of cauliflower and 20 F 1s were analyzed in their head traits according to a genetic model of additive-dominance. F 1 heterosis were predicted by using the data of parent and F 2. The results indicated that head traits were mainly controlled by dominance effects and with larger heterosis, some combinations were with larger F 2 heterosis.
