| 摘 要： | 我国民国时期的国有林场在发挥经济效用、培育农林人才、加强国防等方面起到了一定作用。文中梳理民国时期各省建立或改造国有林场的时间及基本情况；对民国国有林场建设的主要力量进行分析，即政府不断完善森林立法与制度建设、学校提供技术支持、社会学术倡导与文化传播；阐析民国国有林场建设的历史意义，指出尽管其建设成效有限，但留下了清晰定位国有林场的价值与功能、加强对国有林场的调查研究与数据保护、深化国有林场的理念宣传与文化倡导等宝贵经验。今日的国有林场应不断深化改革，强化基础设施与经费保障，凸显生态功能，用直观的成绩不断为林业发展和生态文明建设作出新的贡献。

State-owned Forest Farm Development in the Republic of China and Its Historical Value |

| Abstract: | In the period of the Republic of China, the state-owned forest farms played a certain role in expanding economic benefits, cultivating forestry talents and improving national defense. This paper reviews the time and general condition in which the provinces in the Republic of China established and improved state-owned forest farms, and analyzes the main forces behind the development of state-owned forest farm, i.e., the government which had constantly improved forest legislation and institutions, schools that provided technical support and the communities that engaged academic advocacy and cultural dissemination. It elaborates the historical significance of state-owned forest farms in the Republic of China, and points out although the state-owned forest farms in the Republic of China developed only to a limited extent, they left some valuable experiences such as clear positioning of the value and function, strengthened research and data protection, and intensified concept dissemination and cultural advocacy. Today’s state-owned forest farms should continue to reform, strengthen infrastructure and financial security, highlight ecological functions, and make new contributions to forestry development and ecological civilization with directly perceived achievements. |
