基因工程固氮菌肥对玉米生长发育的影响初探

摘    要:采用大田栽培及盆栽试验两种方法,对工程菌株UB37及野生菌株UB1在不同施肥水平下,对玉米植株的固氮效果进行观测,利用公顷产量、棒三叶面积以及植株干重、全N含量等指标进行评定,结果表明:工程菌UB37的固氮效率比野生菌UB1高,但差异不显著。

Abstract:Adopting the different fertilizer application of engineering bacterial UB37 and wild bacterial UB1 in both field and pot,the effect of nitrogen fixation of corns was observed.The targets of per hm yield,area of stick-three-leaf,dry weight of plant and total N content etc were evaluted.The result showed the rate of nitrogen fixation of engineering bacterial UB37 was higher than that of wild bacterial UB1,but the difference was not notable.
