真菌酶制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

摘    要:在仔猪同基础日粮中试验组分别为0.3%、0.5%和0.8%真菌酶制剂,进行饲喂试验。结果表明:真菌酶制剂添加水平在0.0%~0.5%范围内明显提高了仔猪采食量(FⅠ)、蛋白质摄入量(PⅠ)、日增重(ADG)和饲料转化率,且以0.5%的添加水平效果最佳。将真菌酶制剂、真菌酶制剂与麦饭石合剂及基础饲料饲喂断奶仔猪,测定其生产性能和血液生化指标。结果表明,试验前期血液总蛋白、球蛋白、血红蛋白、碱性磷酸酶

Abstract:Feeding experiments were made with four groups of weaning piglets given diets containing O(feed control),0.3%,0.5% and 0.8% fungous enzyme preparations, respectively.The results showed the piglets fed 0.0%~0.5% fungous enzymepreparations had significant increase in feed intake, protein intake, average daily growth and feed conversion ratio.Moreover, 0.5% adding level showed the best result.In the second experim ent, three groups of weaning piglets were fed diets contaming fungous enzyme preparation, fungous enzyme preparation and Maifan stone, basic diet, respectively, to determine their growth performance and blood biochemical indexes.The results showed that the levels of blood whole protein, globulin, haemoglob in and activity of alkaline phosphatase in the earler stage of experiment and bodyweight growth,feed conversion ratio and blood inoragnic phosphorus level in the later stage all were higher than that of control group (P<0.05, 0.01).However, in the of control group (P<0.05, 0.01).However, in the later stage, the activities of SGPT and SAKP and the level of blood Ca2+ of test groups were lower than that of control group (P<0.05).
