鸡Cong菌的液体培养及菌体成分分析

摘    要:研究了鸡Cong菌(Terminomyces albuminusos)液体培养过程中4种不同培养基对菌体得率、菌体多糖和菌体氨基氮含量的影响,并进行进行了力学研究。测定了菌体体中蛋白质和氨基酸和含量,结果表明:以菌体得率为指标,最适培养基为:蔗糖20g.L^-1,黄豆粉g.L^-1,酵母粉15g.L^-1,菌体得率为23.73g.L^-1。以菌体多糖为指标,最适应基为:花生粉20g.L^-1,葡萄糖20g.L^-1,酵母粉15g.L^-1,菌体多糖为14.28%;深层培养72h,菌体多糖含量最高达10.35%,培养至96h,菌体得率、菌体氨基氨含量最高,分别为23.73g.L^-1和1.25%,菌体蛋白质含量为28.28%,氨基酸含量为17.78%。

Abstract:The effect of the four different media test on the dry weight, polysaccharide and amino nitrogen of the mycelium was investigated, the dynamics variation of the content was studied, the composition of the protein and the amino acid of the mycelium was analyzed. The results showed that the optimum media in the dry weight (g*L-1)included: soybean powder 20,sucrose 20,yeast powder 15,the dry weight reached 23.73 g*L-1; the optimum media in the polysaccharide consisted of the peanut powder 20, glucose 20, yeast powder 15, the polysaccharide content was 14.28%; When liquid culturing at 72 h,the polysaccharide content reached the peak value of 10.35%, at 96 h the dry weight and the amino nitrogen content got the highest level of 23.73 g*L-1 and 1.25%; the protein content of the mycelium was 28.28% and the amino acids was 17.78%.
