| 摘 要： | 目的]研究河湟海东地区小麦品种品质性状及其相关性。方法]测定青海省河湟海东地区52个小麦品种的理化特性和面团流变学特性，时这些品种品质性状的变异情况、品质性状间的相关进行了分析。结果]结果表明，在所有品质性状中，SDS沉淀值量与其他品质性状呈极显著正相关；W值较能准确地衡量品种的品质状况；河海20号的综合品质性状表现优良；大部分品种的品质极差，强度不足、在吹泡时容易崩塌、面粉都属于弱筋粉、面团的耐揉性低。结论]河海20号适宜在该地区大面积推广种植。
