蜜蜂发育相关基因研究

摘    要:蜜蜂是一种重要的授粉昆虫,也是研究人类疾病及社会行为的模式生物之一。由其基因组测序可知,蜜蜂基因组中(A+T)及CpG含量较高,其昼夜节律、RNAi和DNA甲基化基因更类似脊椎动物。先天免疫、表皮蛋白和味觉受体基因较少,气味受体基因较多。蜜蜂早期发育途径中的一些基因与果蝇的相似,功能却显著不同。本文综述了蜜蜂卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫期发育相关基因及其研究进展。

Abstract:Honeybee is not only an important poninator, but also one of important model organisms to study on human diseases and social behaviors. It is known from the genome sequencing that there is a high ( A + T) content and a high CpG content in honeybee genome. The genes of circadian rhythm, RNAi and DNA methylation are more similar to those in vertebrate. Fewer genes about innate immunity, cuticle protein and gustatory receptors and more ones about odorant receptors are involved in the honeybee genome. However, genes similar to the Drosophila in early development pathways carry out functions significantly different in honeybee gehome. This paper reviews recent studies on developmental genes at egg, larval, pupal and adult stages in honeybee.
