摘    要:以唐菖蒲切花为材料,用含苯甲酸、水杨酸、山梨酸3种有机酸溶液的保鲜剂进行切花保鲜试验,以1%蔗糖+200mg·L-1Al2(SO4)3+300 mg·L-1Ca(NO3)2+200 mg·L-1KH2PO4+10 mg·L-16-BA为基本液,蒸馏水作对照(CK),研究保鲜溶液对切花花径、小花开放、花瓣颜色和膨胀度及寿命的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,各处理均有促进小花开放,增大花径,保持花瓣颜色和较高膨胀度,延长寿命等作用。其中,基本液+30 mg·L-1水杨酸保鲜后切花花径最大,保持时间最长,小花开放率达64%,保持花瓣颜色和较高膨胀度,延长寿命达4 d。

Abstract:This study was aimed to conduct an experiment in preservation effect of cut-flowers of gladiolus soaked in different organic acids. In distilled water as CK, cut-flowers of gladiolus had been treated respectively with benzoic acid solution, Salicylic acid solution and sorbic acid solution in order to study the effect of flower diameter, floret bloom rate, petal color and dilatation and life. In contrast to CK, the treatment with Salicylic acid solution for cut-flowers had best preservation effect and largest flower diameter, in which the rate of floret bloom was 64%, with petal color kept longer and higher dilatation, and flower life 4 more days.
