| 摘 要： | 本研究利用基因重组技术构建含有鹅副粘病毒主要保护性抗原基因-HN基因和报告基因-LacZ基因的重组禽痘病毒转移载体;利用脂质体介导的方法将所构建的转移载体与禽痘病毒FPV-017共感染鸡胚成纤维(Chicken Embryo Fibroblasts,CEF)细胞,通过蓝白筛选获得重组病毒;间接免疫荧光试验结果显示重组禽痘病毒中HN基因在CEF细胞中获得表达,并且表达产物具有良好的反应原性;为进一步的重组禽痘病毒的免疫保护性的研究奠定基础。 |

| Abstract: | By using genetic recombination techniques, recombinant fowlpox virus transfer vectors with HN gene of goose paramyxovirus virus and LacZ reporter gene were build. Then these recombinant vectors were transferred on CEF cell infected with parent fowlpox virus FPV-017. And based on the expression of reporter gene, recombinant fowlpox virus was selected by blue plaque, the results showed that the HN gene of recombinant fowlpox virus could express on CEF cell and expression products had good immunological reacti... |
