| Abstract: | Concentration and composition of milk directly affect milk quality.In order to provide a reference for the increasing of milk fat and protein yield and the improvement of milk quality,this paper primarily reviews effects of milk component precursors on milk lactose,milk fat and milk protein synthesis in the mammary gland of dairy cows and their influential factors. |
