| 摘 要： | 为了解宁夏地区奶牛乳房炎金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药情况,采用药敏纸片扩散法,测定了50株奶牛乳房炎金黄色葡萄球菌对常用的17种抗茵药物的耐药性.同时采用产色头孢菌素法进行β-内酰胺酶的检测,并采用苯唑西林纸片法进行耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的检测.结果表明,所有菌株除了对利福平、万古霉素100％敏感以外,对其他15...

| Abstract: | In order to find out the antimicrobial resistance of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from bovine mastitis in Ningxia,were determined the antimicrobial resistance of 50 Staphylococcus aureus strains to 17 antibiotics by means of the methods of disk diffusion,and β-lactamase and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) were detected.The results showed that all strains were susceptible to vancomycin and rifampicin.The other 15 antibiotics had different degrees of resistance,which had a high resistance to penicillin,ampicillin,erythromycin,cefazolin and clindamycin.The resistant rate was lower to amikacin,ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin,norfloxacin,cefotaxime and doxycycline.The isolates that secreted β-lactamase were 25 strains,the rate of producing β-lactamase was 50%.Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was not detected. |
