| 摘 要： | 益生菌是一种有应用前景的饲料添加剂,不会产生耐药性和药物残留等问题.肠球菌作为应用广泛的一类益生菌,进入宿主可产生多种益生功效.本文主要对肠球菌的分类、存活特性、功能特性及其在畜禽生产上的应用进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Probiotics are a kind of prospective feed additive,which have no drug resistance or drug residues.Enterococci are fascinating microorganisms that once ingested produce beneficial effects to the host.In this context,emphasis is given to describe the taxonomy,survival characteristics and functional properties of the probiotic enterococci as well as its application as an animal feed additive. |
