| Abstract: | The relationship between free radical oxidative damage and cow mastitis was studied by investigating free radical content in serum of mastitis cow.Fourteen cows were divided into control group and mastitis group.The content of ROS,MDA,NO and activity of NOS in serum of mastitis cow were measured by test kits.The results showed that the content of ROS,MDA,NO in serum were obviously higher as compared with control group(P<0.01).The activity of NOS in serum was obviously higher(P< 0.05).The increasing of conte... |
