芽孢杆菌制剂对蛋鸡生产性能、血清指标及盲肠微生物的影响

摘    要:为研究芽孢杆菌制剂对蛋鸡生产性能、血清相关指标及盲肠微生物的影响。试验选择健康、产蛋均匀的259日龄的"京粉一号"蛋鸡3600只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复300只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加3%的芽孢杆菌制剂,进行为期40 d的试验。试验第41天晨饲前,从每个重复随机选取中等大小的蛋鸡3只,翅静脉采血备测血清指标;同时将其麻醉后剖腹,用细绳分别结扎两只盲肠的开口端,剪下盲肠,用于测定盲肠内容物中的大肠杆菌和乳酸菌数。结果表明:①日粮中添加芽孢杆菌制剂,对其生产性能各指标无显著影响(P>0.05);②芽孢杆菌制剂对蛋鸡血清尿素氮、血糖、胆固醇等指标影响差异不显著(P>0.05),可以显著提高蛋鸡血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量(P<0.05);③与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡盲肠内乳酸菌增加5.19%(P>0.05),大肠杆菌数显著降低6.25%(P<0.05)。因此,在蛋鸡日粮中添加芽孢杆菌制剂能提高动物的抗氧化能力,改善肠道微生态结构。
