摘    要:试验旨在研究甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸对早期断奶仔猪外周血液免疫功能的影响。选择28日龄断奶杜×长×大仔猪为研究对象,通过饲养试验,研究甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸对早期断奶仔猪外周血液活化T、B淋巴细胞的影响。研究结果表明,日粮中分别或同时添加甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸提高了血液中的T、B淋巴细胞阳性率(P<0.05)。在早期断奶仔猪日粮中分别或同时添加0.25%甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和0.1%牛磺酸对仔猪T、B淋巴细胞免疫功能有一定作用。

Abstract:The aim of the research was to evaluate the effects of glycyl-glutamin and taurine on the immune function of peripheral blood in early weaned piglets. With 28-day-old Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire weaned piglets as research objects,the effect of the glycyl-glutamin and taurine on the T cell positive rate of periphery blood by ANAE staining and B cell positive rate of peripHery blood by RNA staining in weaned piglets through feeding experiment.The results showed that compared with group CT,the activities of T, B lymphocytes were improved in Gly-Gln group, Tau group and G+T group vs the control group. Therefore, separately adding 0.25% Gly-Gln or 0.1% Tau was able to efficiently improve T and B lymph ocyte cell positive in piglet.
