鲜食甜糯玉米子粒粗蛋白含量的研究

摘    要:以异隐纯合体杂交法培育的9个甜糯玉米杂交组合及其15个隐性纯合体亲本自交系为材料,在适宜鲜食期测定子粒中的粗蛋白含量。结果表明:TN 43-4粗蛋白含量较高,而CTN 13-1粗蛋白含量较低;在同种类型不同子粒颜色的组合中,大部分彩色甜糯玉米的粗蛋白含量相对低于黄色或白色甜糯玉米。不同类型甜糯玉米的粗蛋白含量与其亲本的差异有所不同。

Abstract:Nine sweet-waxy maize hybrid combinations developed by using the cross between allotypic recessive homozygotes and their 15 parents of recessive homozygote maize inbred lines were used as materials,the rough protein content in the kernels was measured in edible fresh stage.The results revealed that the rough protein content of TN43-4 was higher than that of other sweet-waxy maize hybrids while that of CTN13-1 was relatively lower.The rough protein content for color sweet-waxy maize was lower than that of yellow or white maize from the same genotype with different color.There is different in the difference of the rough protein content between different type of sweet-waxy maize and their parents.
