| 摘 要： | 将低温干燥种质库中分发出库的瓜类种质资源,用牛皮纸袋包装后置于室内自然条件下45d,期间观察种子发芽率和发芽指数的变化,探讨瓜类种质资源分发出库后在室内自然条件下的贮存期限。试验结果表明:贮存30d后,种子发芽率下降显著,种子发芽指数除毛节瓜下降不显著外,南瓜、冬瓜和丝瓜均下降显著。

| Abstract: | The withdrawn melon germplasm seeds stored in low temperature and humidity condition in the genebank were bagged in kraft paper and kept in indoor under natural conditions for 45 days to determine the changes of germination rate and index of seeds,and the storage duration of seeds was discussed based on that.The results showed that,after 30 days of storage in natural conditions,the germination rate of all seeds decreased significantly,and the germination index of seeds of pumpkin,wax gourd and towel gourd decreased significantly except for Chieh-gua. |
