| 摘 要： | 葫芦科植物包括多种以采收果实为主的瓜类蔬菜,对其进行品质改良、增加果肉厚度、提高抗病和耐贮性的倍性育种研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章综述了葫芦科植物倍性材料获得的主要途径以及鉴定倍性水平常用的几种方法,并简要介绍了倍性操作在葫芦科植物遗传育种中的应用概况。

| Abstract: | Cucurbitaceae plants include many melon type vegetables of which the fruits mainly to be harvested.Studying the ploidy breeding for quality improvement,increasing flesh thickness,improving resistance to disease and longer storability of these vegetables are very important.The paper summarized the main paths to obtain ploidy materials sources of cucurbitaceae plants,and the several methods for ploidy levels identification,and briefly introduced the application of ploidy in genetic breeding of cucurbitaceae plants. |
