| 摘 要： | 选用"巴西"香蕉为材料,采用5×5希腊-拉丁方设计,研究了不同温度(16、19、22、25、28℃)和光照(1000、1500、3000、5000、8000 lx)对香蕉组培苗生长的影响。结果表明:温度对香蕉组培苗增殖和生根均有极显著的影响,光照对香蕉组培苗增殖和生根均无显著影响。温度在16~28℃之间,倍增率和生根率均随温度的升高而增大,尤以25~28℃最适宜。
