| 摘 要： | 在苦瓜幼苗上分别采用浸根法、浸土法和针剌法接种苦瓜枯萎病菌,均能引起不同苦瓜品种一定程度发病,但以浸根法苦瓜枯萎病的发病较重,较适宜用作苦瓜品种对枯萎病的抗性测定。采用浸根法接种苦瓜枯萎病菌,测定了我区8个苦瓜主栽品种的苗期抗性,结果显示泰国大肉王、长寿大肉三号和大肉新三号苦瓜品种中抗枯萎病,其中未发现有高抗枯萎病的品种材料。

| Abstract: | Soaking roots,soaking soil and needle break were used to inoculate the pathogen of the blight disease(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.momodicae) of bitter gourd at seedling stage.These methods could induce certain infections on different bitter gourd varieties,but the disease induced by soaking roots was more severe this method was suitable for the resistance determination of blight disease for bitter gourd varieties.Eight bitter gourd varieties were tested at seedling stage by inoculating the pathogen of the bligh... |
