摘 要: | 目的]建立苦豆子渣中总黄酮含量的测定方法,为苦豆子再利用提供依据。方法]采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH分光光度法测定苦豆子渣中黄酮的含量。结果]回归方程为Y=11.403X+0.0021,R=0.999 8,表明芦丁浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率为98.67%~100.33%,RSD为1.65%(n=9);测定苦豆子渣中黄酮的平均含量为3.90 mg/g。结论]建立的方法简便快速、成本低,可用于苦豆子渣中总黄酮的含量测定。

Abstract: | Objective] To establish a method for determining the content of total flavonoids in residues,so as to provide basis for the reuse of Sophora alopecuroides L.Method] The content of total flavonoids in S.alopecuroides residues was determined by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH spectrophotometry.Result] The regression equation was Y=11.403X+0.002 1,R=0.999 8,confirming a good linear relationship between the concentration and Absorbance of rutin.The recovery of total flavonoids ranged from 98.67% to 100.33% with the RSD of 1.65%(n=9).In addition,the average content of total flavonoids in S.alopecuroides was determined as 3.90 mg/g.Conclusion] The method is easy,convenient and low cost,which can be used for determining the content of total flavonoids in S.alopecuroides residues. |
