摘    要:目的]研究外源甜菜碱(GB)对花叶络石(Trachelospermum jasminoides Flame)及络石T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem.]耐寒性的影响。方法]以1年生花叶络石及络石组培苗为试材,研究了不同浓度(0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 mmol/L)外源甜菜碱预处理对低温胁迫下花叶络石及络石耐寒性的影响。结果]在低温胁迫下,叶面喷施不同浓度GB均能显著降低花叶络石及络石幼苗叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量,且花叶络石MDA含量下降百分比高于络石。在低温胁迫下,叶面喷施不同浓度GB均能提高幼苗叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,且花叶络石各保护酶活性提高百分比均高于络石。在所设的6种GB浓度中,以2.5 mmol/L处理花叶络石效果最佳,以1.5 mmol/L处理络石效果最佳。结论]一定浓度GB预处理均能有效缓解低温胁迫对花叶络石及络石幼苗造成的伤害,提高幼苗的抗寒能力,并且花叶络石的耐寒性提高程度高于络石。

Effects of Exogenous Glycine Betaine(GB) on Cold Resistance of Trachelospermum jasminoides Flame and T.jasminoides ( Lindl.) Lem

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study exogenous GB on cold resistance of T.jasminoides Flame and T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem..Method] Taking one-year-old tissue culture seedlings of T.jasminoides Flame and T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem.as materials,effects of different concentration(0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 mmol/L) exogenous GB on cold resistance of T.jasminoides Flame and T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem.under low temperature.Result] Under low temperature stress,foliar spraying of different concentration GB all significantly decreased malonaldehyde(MDA) content in T.jasminoides Flame and T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem.,and its fall percentage in T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem.was higher than that in T.jasminoides Flame.Under low temperature stress,foliar spraying of different concentration GB all increased superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activities in T.jasminoides Flame and T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem.,and their rise percentage were higher than that in T.jasminoides Flame.Among 6 kinds of GB concentrations,2.5 mmol/L GB was the best for T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem.,while 1.5 mmol/L was the best for T.jasminoides Flame.Conclusion] A certain concentration GB preprocessing mitigates the harm of low temperature stress on T.jasminoides Flame and T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem.seedlings,improves their ability of cold resistance,and the rise degree of cold resistance of T.jasminoides(Lindl.)Lem.is higher than that of T.jasminoides Flame.
