摘    要:目的]测定不同年限三七根中皂苷的含量。方法]利用高效液相色谱法,对云南文山产区的三七主根中皂苷含量进行了测定,并探索了不同种植年限样品中皂苷含量的变化情况。色谱条件:色谱柱为Kromasil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,紫外检测器检测波长为203 nm,柱温25℃。结果]随着种植年限的增加,皂苷含量也相对增加,最佳种植的年限为3~4年。结论]该方法简单易行,可用于不同年限三七根中皂苷的含量测定。

High-performance Liquid Chromatography in Different Years Thirty-seven Saponin Content

Abstract:Objective] The content of saponins in the root of Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen with different growth ages was measured.Method] By means of high-performance liquid chromatography,the main root notoginseng the content of the saponin in the root of Panax notoginseng(Burk.) F.H.Chen from Wenshan areas of Yunnan was tested and the change in the content of the saponin of the samples with different planting years was explored.The chromatographic condition was: the column was Kromasil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the acetonitrile-water as mobile phase was used for gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min,the wavelength of UV in detector was 203 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results] with the increment of growth age,the content of saponin in root of Panax notoginseng(Burk.) F.H.Chen was relatively increased and the best planting year was in 3 years to 4 years.Conclusion] The method was simple and could be used in the determination of saponins.
