灯盏花中黄酮类化合物的研究进展

摘    要:对近年来灯盏花(ERIGERONTIS HERBA)中黄酮类化合物的活性成分、提取方法、分析方法及药理活性的相关文献进行归纳。从灯盏花全草中已经分离鉴定出的化合物主要有黄酮及黄酮苷类、吡喃酮类、倍半萜、咖啡酰类等主要成分,其中主要活性成分为黄酮类化合物,又以灯盏乙素为主;灯盏花中黄酮类化合物的提取方法主要有超声波提取法、超临界流体萃取法、微波提取法和大孔吸附树脂法;灯盏花中灯盏乙素含量的测定方法主要有紫外分光光度法、毛细管电泳法、薄层层析法和高效液相色谱法;灯盏花药理活性的研究主要集中在灯盏花素上,认为其具有多种药理活性,对脑、心脏、肝、肾脏、视神经均有保护作用,对相关病症也有较好的治疗效果,另外其还有抗氧化、抗血小板凝聚、抗癌和降低血液黏度的作用。

Research Progress of Flavonoids in ERIGERONTIS HERBA

Abstract:The pertinent literatures about the active ingredients,extraction methods,analytical methods and pharmacological activity of flavonoids in ERIGERONTIS HERBA in recent years were concluded.The compounds which are separated and identified from ERIGERONTIS HERBA contain flavone and flavonoid glycosides,pyrone,diterpene and caffea acyl,etc.,among them,main active ingredients are flavonoids,in which by scutellarin primarily;the extraction methods of flavonoids in ERIGERONTIS HERBA mainly contain ultrasonic method,supercritical fluid extraction,microwave extraction and macroporous resin;and the measurement of scutellarin content in ERIGERONTIS HERBA mainly include UV spectrophotometry,capillary electrophoresis,thin layer chromatography and HPLC method;furthermore,the research on pharmacological activities of ERIGERONTIS HERBA are mainly focused on Breviscapinun,it is hold that it has various pharmacological activities,has protective effect on brain,heart,liver,kidney and optic nerve,and has better therapeutic effect on related diseases,in addition,it also has the function of antioxidation,combatting platelet aggregation,anticancer,decreasing blood viscosity.
