| 摘 要： | 以2015年9月20日为截止日的男女游泳世界记录、亚洲记录、全国记录为研究对象，统计自、仰、蛙、蝶、混各项目运动员创造记录的黄金年龄，分析游泳运动员出现最佳成绩的黄金年龄特征，旨在为游泳选材、训练等提供参考。结果显示：男子游泳运动员创造最佳成绩应在19~24岁，黄金年龄阶段应该在19~22岁。女子运动员最佳成绩应在22岁以内，黄金年龄应在20岁以内，女子游泳运动员最佳成绩出现较早。男子运动员亚洲、全国最佳成绩年龄较早，但后劲不足；女子运动员24岁后竞技水平出现下降。提示，教练员可提前选拔后备队员、转换训练重心、规划运动员运动生涯，避免人力、物力及时间的浪费，做到双赢。

| Abstract: | Taking the men and women swimming record keeper ofthe nation, Asia, and the world by the end of September 20, 2015as the research object, analyzingthe golden age creating a record from, Yang, frog, butterfly, mixed with each item of the swimming athletes, this paper aims to provide a reference for swimming selection, training and so on. The results show that: the men''s swimming athletes creating the best results should be in the age of 19-24, the golden age should be in the age of 19-22, while female athlete should be within 22 years of age, golden age should be within 20 years of age. Female swimmers achieving best results appear earlier. Male athletes in Asia who gain the country''s best results age are earlier, but they lack of stamina. Competitive level of Female athletes at the age of 24 is going down. |
