| 摘 要： | 为了进一步提高农村人力资源能力和素质，加快推进我国农业职业技能开发和农村人力资源开发工作，本研究对中国农业职业技能开发的现状与问题进行了深入剖析，指出存在政策法规逐步完善但宣传不足、农业职业技能开发工作队伍不断健全但能力素养有待提高、农业技能人才队伍快速壮大但结构需进一步优化、农业职业技能开发投入稳步夯实但仍显不足，以及农业职业技能开发考评能力有所增强但专业化程度有待加强等问题，并在此基础上提出了未来农业职业技能开发的对策建议，对中国农村人力资源开发中职业技能开发的研究和实践具有一定的借鉴意义。

Policy Research on Agricultural Vocational Skill Development |

| Abstract: | In order to promote professional skills of agricultural laborers, then speed up agricultural professional skill development and rural human resources development in China, this article analyzed the present conditions and existing problems within rural human resources development and indicated that policies and regulations need more publicity and education, work teams need more professional promotion, professional farmers need more diversity and specialty, government needs more invest and appraisal abilities need more training. Then countermeasures and suggestions for future agricultural professional skill development were put forward, which could provide reference to the researches and practices during the future agricultural professional skill development. |
