| 摘 要： | 为了促进上海家庭农场的进一步可持续发展,笔者选择上海D区作为研究对象,对该区271户新立家庭农场以问卷调查与座谈交流相结合的方式进行了深入的调查研究,简要分析了家庭农场成员基本情况、经营规模、经营范围、经营类型及经营效益。在分析现状的基础上,发现农场经营中面临土地流转费较高、农田基础设施较差、农业社会化服务不足、农业加工辅助设施有待加强、金融配套服务亟待完善、农业培训有待强化的问题,并提出提高土地流转补贴效率、大力推进农田基础设施建设、健全农业社会化服务体系、完善农业加工辅助设施、加强金融扶持力度、创新农业培训的措施建议。

Problems of Family Farms in Shanghai: Taking District D as an Example |

| Abstract: | In order to promote the sustainable development of family farms in Shanghai, District D was taken as an example and 271 family farms were investigated by questionnaire investigation and face to face discussion. The basic situation of family members, business scale, business scope, operation type and efficiency of the family farms were analyzed. The study revealed that family farms were troubled by high land transfer fee, poor farmland infrastructure, insufficient agricultural socialized service system and financial supporting service, weak processing auxiliary facilities and agricultural training. Based on the existing problems, the authors put forward suggestions such as improving the efficiency of land transfer subsidies, promoting farmland infrastructure construction, perfecting agricultural socialized service system and agricultural processing auxiliary facilities, strengthening the financial support and innovating agricultural training. |
