| 摘 要： | 根据第三代办公自动化系统的特点，对知识管理及其技术进行了总结和分析，对知识管理系统的应用框架和基础平台进行了设计，最后给出了一个“以知识管理为中心”的办公自动化系统的模型和实现方案。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic features of the third--generation office automation system, this paper summarizes the techniques and knowledge of Knowledge Management （KM）, and designs its framework and platform. Finally, the authors give out a model and a project of an Office Automation system centered on KM. |
