摘    要:目的]研究施硼对抗虫棉生理生化的影响。方法]对渝棉1号和抗虫棉施用0、0.1%、0.3%浓度的硼酸,取叶片、花萼、花瓣和花蕊进行硼、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量的测定。结果]试验田土壤的有效硼含量为0.17 mg/kg,属于缺硼土壤。施硼酸明显提高棉花各部位硼含量,变化程度为花蕊>叶片>花瓣。施硼后叶片的蛋白质含量显著增加,花瓣的蛋白质含量略有增加,花蕊的蛋白质含量在2品种中差异较大,无明显规律。施硼后叶片的可溶性糖含量有所降低,花瓣的可溶性糖含量显著增加,抗虫棉花蕊的可溶性糖含量略有降低,渝棉1号花蕊的可溶性糖含量变化不明显。结论]施硼后棉花各部位含硼量显著增加,蛋白质和可溶性糖含量变化各异。综合考虑,对抗虫棉施用0.1%的硼浓度较合适。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to study the biological and biochemical influence of spraying boron on insect-resistant cotton.Method] The boric acid with concentrations of 0,0.1% and 0.3% was sprayed on Yumian1 and insect-resistant cotton and the leaves,calyces,petals and pistils were taken to determine their boron,protein and soluble sugar contents.Result] The available boron content of soil in experimental field was 0.17 mg/kg,belonging to the soil lack of boron.Spraying boric acid increased boron contents in each part of cotton obviously and their change degrees were pistils > leaves > petals.After spraying boron,the protein content increased significantly in leaves and increased slightly in petals,and that in pistils had bigger difference between 2 varieties and had no obvious regularity.The soluble sugar content decreased slightly in leaves,increased significantly in petals,decreased little in pistils of insect-resistant cotton and had no obvious change in pistils of Yumian1.Conclusion] The boron contents increased significantly and the content changes of protein and soluble sugar were different in each part of cotton after spraying boron.Considering comprehensively,spraying boron with the concentration of 0.1% on insect-resistant cotton was more suitable.
