香蕉茎叶中乳酸菌的分离和鉴定

摘    要:从海南热带地区的香蕉茎叶中分离出3株高产酸菌,利用经典分类法即在形态学、生理生化特性等方面对其进行了细菌学鉴定,结果表明,3株菌分别为植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus planetarium)、短乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)和乳酸片球菌(P.pentosaceus)。对这3株菌产酸性能的测试结果表明,植物乳杆菌HN1和短乳杆菌HN2产酸速率大于乳酸片球菌HN3。

Abstract:Three high-acid-yield strains were separated from the banana stems and leaves of Hainan province and were identified bacterially using the classical classification. The results showed that three strains were lactobacillus planetarium, Lactobacillus brevis and P .pentosaceus respectively. The capa- bility of lactic acid production of the three strains was studied in detail. The capability of lactic acid production of HN1and HN2 was better than HN3.
