| 摘 要： | 鼠疫具有高度传染性和致病性,早期的预防很重要.免疫接种是预防鼠疫的重要措施之一.传统的鼠疫疫苗包括灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗.随着生物技术的发展,使得亚单位疫苗和核酸疫苗应运而生,并成为研究的热点.论文综述了当前鼠疫疫苗的应用现状和新型疫苗的开发研究概况.

| Abstract: | Plague has highly contagious and highly pathogenic characteristics,so early prevention is very important.Immunization is an important measure for prevention of plague.Traditionally,the plague vaccine includes inactivated vaccine and attenuated live vaccines.With the development of biotechnology,the subunit vaccine and DNA vaccine become a research hotspot.This paper reviewd the current status of plague vaccine application and the development of novel vaccine research. |
