低温工艺条件下刀具的相变与耐磨性研究

摘    要:研究了低温工艺条件下高速钢刀具显微组织中回火马氏体和残留奥氏体相变过程,即从回火马氏体中析出大量弥散的碳化物,并伴随组织的超微细化和残留奥氏体的转变,提高了刀具的耐磨性,降低了被加工零件的表面粗糙度,延长了刀具的使用寿命。

Abstract:A high speed steel cutting tool plays a very important role in metal cutting tools and has a heavy consumption each year. The phase transformations of tempering martensite and retained austenite in microstructure of high speed steel cutting tool by a cryogenic process were studied. It will separate mickle dispersionless carbides out from tempering martensite the microstructure will be ultrafine and the retained austenite will change during the process. As a result, the wear resistance of cutting tool will be improved obviously, roughness of part will be reduced and the life of cutting tool will be prolonged. Treating the high speed steel cutting tool by a cryogenic process is a sort of green manufacturing process technology. It has the features of economy, a wide scope of application, a high productivity rate, and nuisanceless.
