内燃机多参数测控及燃烧分析系统的设计开发

摘    要:为了满足研究内燃机燃烧过程的需要,设计了一种基于工控PC机的多参数测控及燃烧分析系统。该系统采用PCI总线高速A/D和多串口卡,利用多线程、多级缓存、显示缓存等软件处理技术,有效提高了瞬态数据采集和处理速度,解决了高速数据采集和实时分析、显示绘图之间的矛盾,实现了多参数同步采集、燃烧状态实时监控及燃烧过程在线分析等复杂任务功能。实际应用表明,该系统运行可靠,操作方便,为探索内燃机燃烧过程及其控制规律提供了较先进的试验研究手段。

Abstract:A real time combustion measure,control and analysis system for IC engine based on PC is designed.High speed A/D card and multi port card are applied in order to record data and control parameters.The techniques of multi buffer ,multi thread and display buffer were implemented to improve the speed of data acquisition and processing,and also to solve the problem between high speed data acquisition and real time analysis & display .The experiments results reveal that this system can work correctly and operate conveniently,which provides an advanced means for analysis and controlling of IC engine combustion process.
