摘    要:主要根据东北林区贮木场的工作环境和生产要求,遵循链式原条造材机的工作原理,设计其输送装置结构,通过力学分析及机械手册计算选取滚筒、滚筒轴、链条和链轮、轴承与轴承座、输送平台、车轮、车轴、轴承和轴承座以及支脚等标准零部件参数,并运用AutoCAD软件对输送装置关键零件进行建模,完成链式原条造材机输送装置的设计,解决低温环境下输送机作业的稳定性以及机动性等难题,并实现自动化原木生产来帮助贮木场降低原木生产作业成本,提高原木生产效率.

Abstract:In this paper, according to the lumber yards' work environment and production requirements in the Northeast Forest Region and following the working principle of the chain bucking machine, the conveying device is designed. Through mechanical anal- ysis and selection of standard parts based on Mechanical Manual, the conveying device and key parts are modeled by AutoCAD software. Then the design of conveying device is finished to solve the stability and mobility problems in low temperature environments. It can realize automatic log production to help the lumber yard reduce the operating costs and increase the productivity in wood production.
