摘    要:番石榴果实蝇[Bactrocera(Bactrocera)correcta (Bezzi)]是多种热带、亚热带水果和蔬菜的重要害虫,被我国列为进境检疫性有害生物。本文概述了该虫的地理分布、寄主范围及危害特性,分析了国内外关于番石榴果实蝇分子生物学的研究进展,并针对未来番石榴果实蝇种群遗传与起源、扩散问题的研究提出了进一步的展望。

Abstract:Bactrocera (Bactrocera) correcta (Bezzi) is an important insect pest of a variety of tropical and subtropical fruits and vegetables. It is regarded as the quarantine insect pest in China. Based on relevant literature, this article summarized the geographical distribution, host range and hazard characteristics, and presented the analysis of research progress in molecular biology of B.(B.) correcta in the world. Further research on population genetics, origin and spreading of this quarantine pest was also discussed.
