摘    要:为解决复杂地形条件下不宜使用大型播种机,而使用传统农具播种存在播种效率低、劳动强度大等问题,利用旋转拖把原理,设计一种半自动谷物播种机.通过脚蹬驱使转动装置驱动内筒管转动,内筒管转动带动刀片在旋转的状态下挖土.该播种机还通过连杆机构将挖土与覆土功能结合在一起,实现播种的半自动化.利用ANSYS软件对固定环和连接杆组件进...

Abstract:In order to solve problems of low sowing efficiency and high labor intensity when sowing with traditional agricultural tools, and it is not suitable to use large-scale planter under complex terrain conditions, a semi-automatic grain planter was designed based on principle of rotating mop.Rotating device was driven by pedal to drive inner bobbin to rotate, and blade was driven by inner bobbin rotating to dig in rotating state.Functions of digging and covering soil were also combined through connecting rod mechanism to realize semi-automatic sowing.The static, fatigue and modal simulation tests and analysis of fixed ring and connecting rod components were carried out by using ANSYS software, which showed that structural design of planter met requirements of mechanical properties.The planter is easy to operate and could improve labor efficiency and sowing quality.Moreover, the planter has advantages of small volume, light weight and low cost, and is suitable for popularization and use.
