OPC技术在智能化农业监控系统中的应用

摘    要:在某智能化农业系统中,使用OPC技术将iFIX组态软件监控的蔬菜温室大棚系统,以及组态王软件监控的智能养殖系统的数据统一传输到总控室。该技术能够在总控室实时监测蔬菜温室大棚系统的温度、湿度、光照强度、二氧化碳浓度等,同时监测温室大棚内部各类辅助设备状态信息及作物生长状况信息;又能在总控室实时监控到智能养殖系统自动上料机、自动清粪机、供氧机、通风设备、灯具等的参数信息,为提高种植技术、养殖状况改良提供数据依据。依此来阐述OPC技术在智能化农业系统中的应用,给智能化农业的发展提供可靠的通讯方式支持。

Abstract:In an intelligent agricultural system, OPC technology was used to uniformly transmit data of vegetable greenhouse system monitored by iFIX configuration software and intelligent breeding system monitored by Kingview software to general control room.This technology can monitor temperature, humidity, light intensity and carbon dioxide concentration of vegetable greenhouse system in real time in general control room, as well as status information of various auxiliary equipment and crop growth status in the greenhouse.It can also monitor parameter information of automatic feeder, automatic fecal cleaning machine, oxygen supply machine, ventilation equipment, lamps and lanterns of intelligent breeding system in real time in general control room, so as to provide data basis for improving planting technology and breeding conditions.Application of OPC technology in intelligent agricultural system was expounded, so as to provide reliable communication support for development of intelligent agriculture.
