| 摘 要： | 只有做好秦岭林区扑火队伍的平时训练,才能提高扑火人员的体能、技战术水术、检验扑火预案的可操作性、保证扑火机具的完好、不断发现问题、解决问题。把平时训练当作火灾练兵,紧持不懈,练出强兵、练出精兵,战时持续井然,以最少的人力、物力、财力,安全有效实现森林火灾"打小、打早、打了"的目的。
