西藏林芝地区野生食用菌物流现状分析

摘    要:以西藏林芝地区野生食用菌为研究对象,通过实地调研当地食用菌采摘户和经营者获取第一手数据,分析了当地食用菌的采摘和销售现状、物流模式及采后处理情况。调研发现,林芝地区的野生食用菌主要通过采摘户自发采摘,一般采取现摘现卖,物流半径短、物流模式单一、采后处理简单,产业处于初级阶段。根据调研结果,就林芝地区食用菌产业提出发展建议。

Logistics Status of Wild Edible Fungi in Linzhi Area of Tibet
Abstract:This paper takes the wild edible fungus in Linzhi area of Tibet as research objects, and analyzes harvesting and selling status, logistics pattern and postharvest handling status of the fungi based on the first hand data obtained by field survey from the edible fungus pickers and operators. The survey results show that, the wild edible fungi in Linzhi are mainly picked spontaneously by the local pickers and usually sold directly as the fresh edible fungi in short time, which presents short logistic radius, single logistic mode and simple postharvest handling and indicates that the local logistic industry for the fungi is still in its infancy stage. Finally, the development suggestions of edible fungi industry in Linzhi are proposed.
