摘 要: | 目的]探讨留叶配合IBA浸穗处理对三角梅插穗生根及生理生化指标的影响。方法]在种苗智能化快繁系统调控下,设置三角梅插穗留叶与去叶类型各配合IBA、清水浸穗的4种处理,研究留叶配合IBA处理对三角梅插穗生根及生理生化指标的影响。结果]留叶类型插穗的可溶性糖含量较高,不定根分化前期吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性较低,插穗生根数、根长度、根生长量及成活率均明显高于去叶类型;与清水浸穗相比,500×10-6IBA浸穗提高了插穗的可溶性糖含量,促进了插穗生根。结论]在三角梅种苗智能化快繁中,留叶插穗配合插前500×10-6IBA浸穗处理可明显促进插穗生根,提高成活率。

Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effect on rooting,physiological and biochemical of Bougainvillea spectabilis cuttings by remaining leaf combining soaking cuttings in IBA.Method] Effects of remaining leaf combining IBA on rooting,physiological and biochemical of B.spectabilis cuttings were studied under intelligent monitor and control,and then four treatments were set: remaining leaf combining soaking in clean water,remaining leaf combining soaking in IBA,defoliation combining soaking in clean water,and defoliation combining soaking in IBA.Result] The soluble sugar content was high,but indoleacetic acid oxidase activity was lower in the initial stage of adventitious root differentiation in treatment of remaining leaf.While the rooting number,root length,the root mass growth and survival rate of cutting were obviously higher than that in treatment of defoliation.Compared to the treatment soaking in clean water,the treatment soaking in 500×10-6 IBA had increased the soluble sugar content in leaves of cuttings and enhanced rooting of cuttings.Conclusion] The survival rate and rooting of cuttings were improved obviously in the treatment of remaining leaf combining soaking in 500×10-6 IBA before cutting under the condition of intelligent monitor and control. |
