| Abstract: | The major aspects to improve teaching quality for university teachers include extensive reading, serious preparation for lessons, lively lecturing, good consideration of students, and strict management. Extensive reading is the basis, serious preparation for lessons is the precondition, scientific schoolteaching is the key, bringing up excellent students is the aim, and strict management is the guarantee. |
