| 摘 要： | 通过分析岷县境内的森林资源现状和森林资源经营中存在的问题,提出了深化林业经营体制改革,明晰责任山林木产权;加大人工造林力度,恢复森林覆盖度;宣传以森林资源道德属性为主体的林业伦理管理;改变森林生产和生活方式等实现岷县森林资源可持续发展的有效对策。

| Abstract: | After analyzing present situation of forestry resources and existing problems during forestry resource management in Min county,Countermeasures to realize sustainable development of forestry resources have been put forward,that including clarify forest property right by further reform forestry management constitution,restoration of forest coverage by strengthening artificial afforestation,propagandizing ethics management of the forestry and changing production mode and lifestyle. |
