复合盐胁迫对小麦幼苗生理指标的影响

摘    要:为初步弄清复合盐对小麦幼苗的毒害机理,采用室内水培法研究了不同浓度复合盐对小麦幼苗生理活性的影响.结果表明:在复合盐胁迫下,小麦幼苗的过氧化物酶活性、脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量均随复合盐浓度的上升逐渐增大,且均以临丰615最高,临旱536次之,烟农19最低.不同品种间(除临旱536外)和不同复合盐浓度间小麦幼苗的过氧化物酶...
