| Abstract: | The study introduces the theory and the advantages of AFLP technique.It emphatically discusses the application of AFLP technique in the research of pathogenicity of plant pathogenic fungi,gene mapping of disease resistant gene,expression and regulation of interactive gene,phylogenetic relationships among strains and genetic diversity of pathogenic fungi. |
