| 摘 要： | 屠宰猪弓形虫病多呈隐性或慢性感染,宰前检疫的重点应放在血清学检查上。用ELISA或IHAT试验能有效地检出本病,且前者比后者具有抗体检出早、持续时间长、阳性检出率高的优点。宰后检验应着重检查肺、肝、淋巴结的病变。支气管肺炎、灶性坏死性肝炎、出血性坏死性淋巴结炎、非化脓性脑炎是急性感染期的特征性病变。转为慢性感染的病猪,由于急性病损的修复,而代之以淋巴网状内皮系统细胞的明显增生。其淋巴结的肿大和“髓样变”是比较特征的。病猪肉的无害化处理,采用高温煮沸2.5小时或-25℃冷冻10天,均可取得良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The ELISA and IHAT were carried out to detect the antibodies in infected piglets.The results obtained suggested that the ELISA is a rapid,sensitive,and readily performed serologic test that could be used ideally for screening swine for toxoplasmosis.Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites were more easily detected from the smears of the liver,portal lymph node,lung and bronchial lymph node than those of the other tissues examined.The pathological changes are characterized by bronchopneumonia, focal necrotic hepatitis,haemorrhagic necrotic lymphadenitis,interstitial myositis,nephritis and nonsuppurative encephalitis,and are considered to be a important basis for postmortem inspection.The results obtained showed that the metabolites and the frozen-thawed products of T.gondii GJP strain had no poisonous effect on the mice,and that T.gondii trophozoites and cysts might be killed by heating the porcine tissues or organs at 100℃ for 2.5h or freezing them at -25℃ for 10 days.The heating or the freezing method could thus be used for the harmless treatment of the porcine meat infected with T.gondii. |
