| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是一个以人为本、充分尊重和保障人权的社会,保障公民的合法权利是构建和谐社会的应有之义。保护公民权利法治化,界定权利与权力范围、完善公民权利救济机制、实行法律援助制度、强化公民权利保护意识,以回应和谐社会对权利的诉求。

| Abstract: | The harmonious society is one kind of humanist society which fully respects and safeguards human rights.To safeguard civil rights is necessary for constructruing a harmonious soicety.We should protect the civil rights,limit right and power in the field,perfect the relief mechanism,implement the systerm of law aid and stregthen the conscionsness of right protection to respond the harmonious society's demand to the right. |
